These are the ingredients we will use for our recipe

• 280 grams of flour
• 100 grams of sugar
• 125 grams of butter
• 1 egg
• 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract
• 1 cup of chocolate chips

Once we have all the ingredients, we will begin to follow these steps

1. We are going to start preheating the oven at 190º
2. We will take a bowl in which we will start by mixing the butter and flour
3. when the previous mixture is well blended, add the sugar, egg and vanilla extract

4. Using your hands mix everything well
5. In this step add the chocolate chips and if you like the taste of lemon you can add lemon zest to it
6. Y ou should knead till the mix is compact and not sticky
7. Add a bit of flour to the table where you are mixing and with the use of a roller make your mix thin (1cm more or less)

8. give them the shape you would like (BE CREATIVE)
9. When you get the shape you want your cookies to look like place them on the baking tray and bake them for 8-10 mins
